Indux, S.A. de C.V.

World Class Manufacturing since 1956

Indux Drive Pin Rivets are a two part-part unit consisting of an aluminum or steel rivet body and a drive pin. The rivet body is

hollow in a major portion of it’s length. At the solid bottom portion of the shank, there is a cross-slot evenly spaced for uniform

four way expansion. When the rivet is applied, the pin is driven in, flush with rivet head, expanding the bottom of rivet to

produce a tight, locked grip on the back or blind side of material to be fastened.

Choosing the correct rivet length

Measure thickness of materials to be assembled and select the rivet which has the correct grip range (G)

Upon customer request, Indux manufactures all kind of Drive Pin Rivets with special head, length or grip.

Painted rivets with powder coated heads are also available in different colors.

Drill hole of recommended

diameter through the

thickness of materials being

fastened. Insert Drive Pin Rivet into hole.

1

With a hammer, drive the pin flush

with rivet head to complete fastening.

2

3

To remove rivet, just drive the pin with a

hammer and a pin. Push pin through rivet

body.
